i would't trust a helicoil on a wheel bolt long term i would replace hub but for a quick fix should be fine i normally put the helicol in with a bit of lock tight too and allow it to set off for about an hour :wink:

cheep kits have cheep parts in them u want a quality kit then spend a bit more thats why i went for buying it separately using samco hose and sfs hoses and all metal pipes had swaged ends too for that little bit of extra grip

check the lower corners on the rad mine had a leak there would not drip water as it was absorbed by the sound deadening in the belly tray
pull the fog light surrounds off and have a look at bottom corners of the rad

gutted for you chap :sad: but as others said been a good motor for 5 yrs :)

i had my clutch and flywheel done by midland vw cost me 650 fitted inc vat and new rear main crank seal that was a luk clutch and flywheel

t4 cooling fan wiring diagram

hi all me dads having some issues with his t4 we cant get the fans to kick in and work so was wondering if any one had a fan wiring diagram or point me to ware i can find one with out buying a manual (last resort)

i use autoglym one but i use a wiper blade style blade to remove the water 1st then use the towel to finish it off

it could be me hear but i don't think any of that damage would fail a Vic test it might be worth ringing up ur nearest vosa Vic test station and pop in and speak to them about the damage see what they say
