Led strip light/drl
Hello chaps could someone do a quick diagram on how I can wire up some led strip lights to use as drl's.
Ideally if possible I would like them to come on when the car is running but go off when the headlights are turned on. Is this possible? Think ive put this in the correct section.
Cheers

Re: Misty/Yellow Headlights Restored on my B5.5 (HOW TO)
Still having problems with mine, more noticeable with the lights on,it looks hazy directly on the beam but look more closely and its fine scratches. Is more 2500 wet and dry needed or use more polish with my polisher, they are xenons so there is a bit more scatter light. Any ideas?

Although mine is a 1.8t vw wanted 700 just to fit mine so 250 sounds cheap compared to mine, did it myself in the end.

Re: A little advice on wheel refurbing please...
If you want some work mirror polish the whole wheel it takes time and is a mare lol,i did one on my build thread but had to spray them all in the end as there was a deep scrape one of the spokes. Yours should look pukka when you've done them. Nice rims

Re: Knocking/Clicking noise 1.8T
Sounds like it could be the evap valve, it clicks open and closed quickly now and then, its allowing the evaporated petrol fumes to pass into the engine rather than vent to atmosphere. If you take off the top plastic cover that sits over the airbox you will be able to see the valve which is fitted ...

Re: Knocking/Clicking noise 1.8T
It could be something to do with the aircon think there is a valve or something near the airbox, mine make a noise think its normal,if its that. If its a metallic sort of sound it might be the wastegate flap on the turbo has broke,as mine did. Apart from that cant really help you. Not much help though.

Hi all my temp gauge used to read dead on 90 but gradually recently its begun to slowly to move slowly back to its starting point. After a 50 mile drive its hardly moved.
