Hello and Welcome to UKP. If you need help with the mediacentre and the start procedure I would suggest posting a question in the B7 Forum but as it is a 2014 model it may be an early B8. You need to check the manual as that will have the production slip in it.

Silly question but do you not have the infotainment manual as I found that very useful when discovering all the options.
