Half a tank of petrol for a 100 mile does seem excessive , but 34 mpg is about right,

before my mods, I was getting around 27/30 mpg around town and 34/37 mpg on motorway driving

I can understand why people are saying rear, if you have new tyres on the front you get complacent about the front end grip so the rear ( older tyres ) can let go whereas if you fit new tyres to the rear you tend to drive it more carefully because if the older tyres up front personally....I would an...

personally, I can't tell much difference at NORMAL driving with my 312mm discs, but I only have bog standard pads......but I can tell a difference when I hit the brakes at higher speeds
