I have arms available at the lock up just prefer if I dont have to use them as I had new arms on about 2 years ago.

I'm currently feeling your pinch bolt pain just cant wait get it sorted and take it out

its good for 5 years but after that it will fade and go tatty but to be honest think they get changed every 3 years or so.

Been doing them since I was 18. Gets contracted from a design agency to a company I use to work for and now I'm self employed they contract me to do them... I dont know if anyone knows all this passing on goes on but to be honest I've seen some of the work on some trailers and they are a right bodge...

Stick your climate control on econ too if you're really desperate get extra mpg. I only do this in winter though obviously

Can you really get that mpg craig ? Mine will only get max 50 mpg on a run on motor way Yeah I have a picture somewhere on my phone I'm sure. Just chuck cruise control on bout 65 on my 16" winter wheels I'll get late 50's easy Perhaps its the gearing in the 6 speed? Just had a look found this ...
