I would have thought the DSG would be slightly quicker given the time taken to change gear but I've not seen anything on-line suggesting that was the case. Thanks for the reply.

Looking at the data sheets for the 150 ps engine the 0-62 mph acceleration is the same. Does anyone know if the DSG is quicker than the quoted 8.7 seconds?
