With your car being petrol you will need it when it comes time for the mot.
In the past i have put a big dent in them to stop the rattle.

There is a similar thing in B&Q for £20 same speed setting's just not got the D handle.
That is not a da more of a sander/grinder you just have to go steady with them so you don't burn the paint.

Re: Temp gauge seems erratic?
The sensor is at the rear left of the engine.(from on top) Just unplug the wires then there is a plastic circlip sort of thing you pull out then the sensor just pull's up and out. No need to drain the coolant as only a bit will come out. Rember to change the rubber o-ring that comes with the new sen...

Re: CCM modules and replacement keys
It will be ok to code the new key/transponder to your car as it is now.
Vag-com or vag-tacho will do the job.
Tell us your location there might be a member local to you that could do it for you.

Re: CCM modules and replacement keys
The key has to be the same code.
You can get them off ebay then swap the workings over to your old key as the top part of the key has a transponder chip in it that will only work on the car it has been programed too.

SDHC memory card's are backward compatable so i don't see why they shouldn't work but i don't have the satnav so i can't be 100% but what i do know is the SDHC will work in most portable satnav's.
