If it just does that should be fine. But better safe than sorry.

You always get some pressure try sitting the cap looses on top if it blows off easy then there might be a breather problem like mentioned but if it stays on and just rumbles around that's fine.

I use a big paint brush to do my wheels works a treat !

Well it's going backin on Saturday for the stage two map as it was never mapped with this turbo and injecters. It seems to sit and 22 psi with out giving it a full boot and when I did it went to 35psi and stayed there till I let off so about 3 seconds. I'm not wanting to push it tho as I don't want ...

Well I've done 500 miles on this turbo at it seems to be ok so I'm going to take her on sat for the stage to map. I've fitted the boost gauge and been watching it like mad to see what's happening and the last 50 miles have give her a small bit of the loud peddle to see what the boost gauge does and ...

Well got the car back and well it's fixed but its not brill at all but it's only short time as saving for a full hit on her. Going to try get herein for the map this week fingers crossed.

Well the car went in for a new rear bumper on Friday as some one drove into it a few months back fingers crossed it will look ok.

Fitted the boost gauge and well as soon as she's out of the body shop need to get it mapped as the boost is all over the place!

Ye was my passat that's when the turbo let go was waiting for the recovery truck. Not sure if it was my bug tho.

I've tried to tell you how to do it just pump the hand brake!

Have you tried pumping the hand brake about 20 times? When I changed mine on the rear I did disc and pads and had no hand brake all I did was pull the hand brake on to the full about 20 times and it adjusted its self I'm sure there self adjusting!
