Possibility it's worked loose, but can they do this without warning?
When I replaced gearbox last year I didn't remove the flywheel, only the clutch needed swapping over.

Well it's pouring instead of raining... Gearbox!
So today noticed that when clutch is depressed (aren't we all) there's a knocking noise from gearbox, it stops when clutch is engaged.
Am I right in thinking this could be clutch plate breaking up, or loose?

New Battery Time....
So, looks like I am in need of a new battery, have looked at a few options and wondered if this is the correct/best one for me:https://www.tayna.co.uk/car-batteries/varta/e44/
Varta Silver Dynamic E44
Not bad price etc, but just wondered if it's the best to get?

Flipping heck I hope not.
I've purchased a test kit anyway so can test when it arrives next week.
Would it not be losing fluid or blowing white smoke of it eat hard gasket?

Re: Suspension help
Just out of interest, have you thought about the tyre choice?
Have the tyres been changed for a lower profile? Is the pressure too high? etc These can all have a major effect on ride comfort.

What happens when you turn climate control to Auto? Then back to Econ? If it squeels when Auto is selected, it may be air con pulley/clutch/belt.

Re: Brake lights came on.....overnight
Good cheap fix if it works.
I replaced one a few years ago, took the old one apart and cleaned up the contacts, refitted and took the replacement one back. Simples. All it is is copper contacts that get furred up over time.

Have you noticed any other lights having issues, like interior lights, map lights, puddle lights etc? Is the passenger front carpet wet?

Re: Driver's side headlight + taillight stuck on
As stated above, all/most cars if you turn ignition off and leave indicator on it will leave that side of the cars sidelight and rear light on. It's for parking where there's no street lights etc
Also try removing the brakelight bulb you changed and seeing if anything changes.
