im a big fan of the autoglym products if im just giving the car a quick wash & wax i use autoglym aqua wax which also smells like bubble gum

i think all that use the poor boys product should post a before & after picture. i will once i use it.

I once thought of doing this but opted for the roof , wing mirrors & bumper , instead of the bonnet.
Regarding springs id go for 40mm all round or 55/40 & can b3 picked up cheap enough

My mud flaps did it constantly coming of curbs but eventually wore them selfs down nicely

Rubbing where exactly ? When I 1st lowered mine on 40mm th3 only thing it scraped was over very awkward speed humps , but that was on 17's with 40 profile as soon as upped the profile to 45 it never happened again. Have you still got the mud flaps on ?

After not driving for nearly 3 weeks I took the girl out tonight a nice steady cruise set at 60mph after 24 miles was reading 54mpg

Originaly I cut the down bend of and welded the tips straight
But you could lose the back box & add a straigh pipe
