dmcessential - totaly agree with you about youll need to get it retrimed but some of the audi did come with the same leather finish. I am tempted buy a RS4 interior but didn't really want rs4 log's in the car

I have seen passat W8 ones but i dont like the design of them.

Im looking at audi ones but the leather different grain so trying to find something to go in mine

yep TSR did put rs4 lump into the passat but i cal it cheating

firstly its FWD and its on standalone mines like factory and thats what I wanted.

but ot be honest guys any of the audi lumps goes straight in just small headache on the wiring front

as for splitting gearbox and engine really not worth anything as I have found. only thing you can make your money is interior and maybe panels.

JK dont worry about launching these cars they will need about 600bhp before you start to snap anything

the only really thing is the clutch. no standard clutch likes launches even audi rs4 otherwise it is all good

otherwise can't really comment about standard v6 syncros

the passat syncro shas the same suspension set up as all A4, A6 Quattros.

Off course they come with different springs but all the mounting points are the same

what else would i have to get as all my original vw stuff except speakers and wiring been ripped out at some point in the past. Mine came with top range single din head unit from factory changer in boot etc.

if I can get sat nav on there as well that be a bonus

I remember seeing in germany a B5 with a double din with the drink pop out tray under it with the aircon.
