I get three beeps and the above message displayed on the display on a regular basis - every few minutes.

I've just run a VAG-COM scan and it's bought up NO fault codes at all.

Unfortunately I don't think the TDI 4mo was available as an auto. My manual is bloody brilliant though. One of the directors here has a Syncro V6 which I found him and that goes like stink and sticks to the road like poo to a blanket.

If you're doing the job yourself and the B5 boots use the metal clamps then I'd recommend spending under £15 in GSF to get a set of boot clamp pliers - clamp 'em up properly.
