Common fault unfortunately egr on b7. Had egr replaced at indi at cost of £550. Part cost about £300 only. 6 hrs labour charge on top to replace. Very annoying, had egr failed on 2011 B7 and on 2010 Golf.

If still under warranty, take it back to main dealer. Most likely replacement unit will be needed.

Just changed settings with OBD11 on my mk7 golf. Coming home was set to manual, changed to automatic. Now lights stay on after locking car.

For parrot I usually use power from sig/lighter. If you want run it from fuse box, usually mini fuses are switched live.

No, when you lock car and leave windows or sunroof open. As soon it starts raining, Windows and sunroof will close. Only for vehicles fitted with rain and light sensor.

Never liked RLine because of no electric windows on back doors. Even SE gets them, really don't understand why VW spec'd B6 RLine so poorly.

Yep. All done. By 9am new plates were on car and insurance co was made aware. I was expecting admin fee charge from insurance co but was lucky enough, not been charged.

Well 7:07am new plate was assigned to my car. The new service is so quick and easy to use. Recieved eV948 form instantly which let's you gets new plates printed without v5c. With in next hour my car new registration showed up on DVLA car info page.
