Sounds like a bloody nightmare. Mine cut out on me the other day in the middle of the road whilst I was crossing traffic. Took about 3 minutes to start again, needless to say I wasn't popular.

Ive just been quoted £180 for a Backbox at Longlife or £360 for a CAT BACK system.

Just emailed the Polish company to confirm they are ABS plastic and not fibre glass. I know it says, but I don't trust descriptions!
