Yea I read a couple of horror stories about people hydro locking there cars on start up when the check valve failed and filled the intake up with water

Yes mate they are quite a bit lighter than the previous one enough to notice when you driving too feels a tad more spritely

Do you have a master switch on yours? As I have read it's imprtant to not run the mist for a short period before shut down to make sure it has all been burnt off and doesn't cool down back in to water in the cylinders/inlet track

Open the bleed nipple should help
When I done mine I put some grease around the top of the boot to help it slide in the box easier

Having any sort of map will ask more of the turbo and clutch along with other items on the car

Turbo surge pritty standard on most mapped tdis just change down and keep the revs around 2k rpms before using a lot of throttle

Yes you will need to tap into the side light power and the wire that runs to the indicator

Has the car got an egr delete? If so I beleve the vac line is part of that system

Which ever way you do it you will need to have a crane (or somthing) to support the engine and box as all the mounts for the engine and box mount to the subframe Also remebe there is 2 bolts up behind the flywheel so you need to get the flywheel in the correct position to acess them!
