Yeah thanks thats the one ive seen, its meant to be going in for remap in a week lol but the dmf can handle that comfortably enough, its just it looks like im needing a new flywheel (signs are there) an both dmf an smf have there pros and cons so was weighing up the options

Hmmm yeah any i am seeing are 1000+ so would be just as well replacing with dmf again :s

Ok so im looking to fit a bass controller into the ash tray of my b6 tdi but was juat wondering what...if anthing is behind there, from what i can tell the ashtray pops out but then ideally i want to run the cables out the back (drill a hole) but it looks like you need to strip half the dash to get ...

Quick update, ive just been out in it again an afew times when rolling to lights ect out of gear it felt like it was still in gear an was going to stall but then didnt, and when i press clutch slightly to stop tapping it now makes a kind of 2 metals mashing sound :s, if i was to replace full kit fly...

Booo well ive got no problems changing gear or putting it in gear at the moment..think im gonna have to keep close eye on it..typical remaps booked in for end of the month

When my cars sat on idle it makes a kind of tappety noise but then if i place my foot on the clutch just lightly it goes :s should i start to panic lol

Ive decided its about time i got the passat remapped, now ive spotted the awesomegti offer of £150 but got talking to a rolling road garage by work today and they offered me a custom map with rolling road for £250! But is it worth the extra money for a custom 1 over a generic? Theres no power mods...

Ive just bought the somicar007 an fitted it the other day and so far im pretty impressed and for £299 definatly cant complain

I did the grill myself, its pretty straight forward to do, i bought the plastdip off ebay (aerosol). Good thing with it aswell is if it chips you can just respray that area to cover it ;)
And as for the cat5..im a sparky use the stuff all the time and yeah its great stuff ;)
