wheels can be spaced out if your only lowering slightly! I have 18x8.5 et 45 + a 20mm spacer each side, so et 25 at the rear of mine, this sits just outside the arch but with the stretch of a 225/40/18 on the 8.5" rim it clears ... although i have just wound it down so it sits with the body ove...
