I serviced my passat on saturday but have not used it since. As soon as i set off this morning for work it felt totaly gutless. Yeah i thought that to. I will have the wheels off tomorrow and have a look. Mind you the amount of fluid i have put in over the last 3 days it will have swelled up like a water ballon.

I would have thought that you will have to replace the whole arm but dont worry its not as expensive as you may think. And not a big job.

I have had my vcds for a while but have only ever really used it to scan and clear faults. It was only when i tried to look specifically at my CL controller that i discovered that it cannot find all the various controllers. My question is what is the most likely reason for this? well what an unproductive evening, VCDS wont find the central locking module so i am glad i have not registrerd it yet and i cannot get motordiag to translate to english but it can see my CL module it seems but i cannot understand the info it is bringing up. :( EDIT: I have found a walk through guid...

question, once you have regisrered the motordiag program can it then be changed to english? i have found the download but it would only download the checz version.
