McDubber.
I have two gubbed* B3 tailgates complete with (ungubbed**) glass sitting at the side of my driveway.
The neighbours just love me.
If you want one send me a PM.
*Glaswegian for 'rusty and unrepairable'.
**Glaswegian for 'not 'gubbed''.

Not New. Just Slightly Used.
Hi Ho. Shed reporting back in after a stint in the wilderness (well, just outside Glasgow). I have been lurking and watching the usual suspects putting a lot of effort into their motors but have lacked the necessary impetus to actually do the posting thing. A wee update. Myself? A 1965 IC1. S...

Re: newbie - oil warning light
Hi blootak. Sorry to read about your oil warning woes. My buzzer and oil light kept giving me heart failure over a period of about two months. The first time it happened the engine was turned off before I had even come to a stop (forgot about the lack of power steering and nearly popped a bicep) and...

...I used the Goodridge hoses... Thanks for the reply Craig - you too, Matt - but is it the Passat spec hose or the Golf3/4/something else spec? I'm asking cos: A. I remember reading something about the banjo fittings in a VW mag and to be honest it made no sense at all. B. I'm a clueless tool. :D

Re: My B3 G60 Syncro wagon
Hi Craig.
What a nice motor (not a bit jealous, me )!
In regard to the Mk4 rear calipers:
What other parts were needed in the conversion?
Is it an easy job, or a pain in the hole?
Ta.

What is the price being asked for these fine items, my dear Lowrider?
I am in the market for such delights and would be interested in taking them off your hands.
