As before: 5cyl and 4cyl have different PAS components, almost the only identical part is the steering rack.

Check the lever where the clutch cable is attached to the gearbox. The lever is set to its axle in a defined degree and with gear teeth. When the gear teeth are worn out, the lever jumps (possibly in attaching the new cable?), the cable cannot move the clutch far enough anymore.
