The 2002 b6 audi a4?
I need a replacement ,audi want a fortune but the passat ones are cheap, they look very similar.

i have had good results putting a chock of wood ontop of a trolley jack and jacking the door up to bend the pins slightly.
it works, but my passat is just a dirty works car worth £800 so im not too bothered if it went horribly wrong.
i wouldnt of attempted it in my 2005 a4 tdi.

it can be done, google hammer mod, once you have done that you could up the boost, at your own risk though !
hammer mod can be done for free and if you have a manual boost controller already you just need to turn the screw ! BUT you must make sure the fuel/air ratio remains safe.

I had this, i bought a injector needle attatchment for a grease gun and greased all the rubber suspension joints its been perfect since.

I used silicone and it was fine but i may of been lucky, probably best to use the correct tape and silicone. You will probably have a nightmare now trying to get it back off.

Hi, where is the coolant temp sensor on my 2000 tdi 90bhp engine?

I have used that kit and it was great, the only problem i had was a leak from the cars brake fluid reservoir which are prone to cracking on vag cars with age.

hi, all i have just bought a 2000 passat tdi, the blower fan only works on the very lowest settings and im led to beleive it is the blower motor resistor at fault ???
does anybody know where this is on my car and how to remove it ?

yep after a 330d now, used to have a 530d mapped to 220bhp and it was a rocket ship and built like a tank.

i went to view the 4motion today and its a bit of a dog.
the boot lid and front bumper were not aligned properly,the rear window had been replaced and i could see what looked like black silicone around it, the rear bumper was pushed out under the fuel filler cap the seller claimed it was from spilt ...

I really want it at that price, but the wife has seen a black 2002 330d m sport touring that she wants me to get,it is lovely but the 4wd passat is really appealing.

The seller is 60 and has owned the car for 6 year, he claims the gearbox has no noises, i had already asked him about the 6 speed box because of a post of yours i had previously read about the 6 speed problems.

The car i can get is identical to the blue one but have been offered it for £2500 ! Which is tempting but i had my heart set on a 330d sport touring.
The silver one is £1000 more and has 130.000 miles on it.

Hi.i can get a 2003/53 plate 4motion 1.9 tdi in excellent condition for £2500 with 90,000 miles and fsh.
Is there anything special i should be checking on the 4 motion model above the fwd passat ? How rare are these cars?
