my mates Coilovers have a adjuster on the top so that you and have it softer or harder Can't remember the name (Will find out) but they're pritty good

If my memory is any good the lock has a clip that needs releasing which will let the lock come out.

i ordered a new set of wipers the other day and both where 20" work fine

i had a simular problem on my old car mate wasn't balanced right (Some times the balance machine goes out of line and needs to be re-set) i'd try another garage ask if they could balance your wheels just to see worth a look

not a problem with my seats too and the leathers seats which have been in for a few months now are just as comfy
