STP, has always been pretty good, if you have access to VAG-COM, that can run a scan and tell you if there is any errors being reported especially that your injectors are running within normal operating range. If not it really would be worth having it checked. are you out of warranty?

RNS-510 is an easy fit, DIY, the reversing camera I have as standard and to be honest I still look round rather than use the display, not sure how it would stand-up if you said you were looking into a screen when reversing instead of looking?

Hi just checked my late 2012 passat RNS510 unit and its part number is model 1T0 035 680 D, so I would assume your model is newer. Hope this helps

If your going to fill it up again, put some injector cleaner in as well to hopefully clean the injectors, when its running rough is the car smoking?

Hi I'm thinking about changing the rear clusters on my 2012 Passat B7, has anyone attempted this and is it possible, I was also thinking about folding wing mirrors, but I think that's probably not that simple. Cheers in advance for your help.
