Got me car back tonight, had new oil and filter added. All seems good no smoke or noises, fingers crossed, bill wasnt too bad.

its defiantly a detachable after market one. the hitch should be located in the tool kit to the left of the spare wheel.

If you want to keep it, you can buy the vw rear valance for a tow bar on ebay which has a removable cover for your ocd

Hi i have a 2007 140 tdi which has had a remap and it pulls great. It pulls my Adria 4 berth no bother also pulls twin wheel car trailer with stock car on no bother.

I have the detachable vw tow bar, so when not in use you cant tell.

Ebay £7 delivered, no issues at all.
