Hello there, I just went outside and measured my B5.5 estate. Height is 31inches and narrowest opening (towards the bottom) is 39 inches. Hope this helps.

Just a quick note for you, you have probably got a parking sensor failed and a quick way to find out which one it is is to switch on the ignition, put the vehicle in reverse then get your ear down to each sensor and you should here a faint clicking from active sensors. They are expensive though £65...

Hi there I fitted front and rear mudflaps to my 2002 B5.5 TDI SE estate a couple of weeks ago part numbers are 3B0 075 111B front and 3B0 075 101B rears.

IMO your high oil consumption is more likely due to valve stem oil seal failure.

Thanks for that Dave but unfortunately that didn't bring up a supplier. I don't want to modify my original pipe incase I want to put it back on in the future.
