No nav and no option for app connect currently, am I screwed or could it be activated?

Hi, recently got a 2016 B8 2.0TDI highline, I’m trying to see if I can get carplay. The car is a highline (top-ish spec in Ireland) but doesn’t come with Nav. Part number is 3Q0035819A, thanks!
