Re: She will be a completely different car...

Ha sounds like your having fun with her Chris :-) Just for the record oil was changed about 2k before you brought her. Miss her like hell already. Have a Leon cupra at the moment. Hate the thing and want another b5 already. Sounds like you have lots planned. Kind of want her back :-/ Sent from my GT...

Re: Adam's DIY 20V, Keep Rolling

I was about to ask why you need 215/40 tyres as mine don't rub on 225/40. But forgot mine are pulled and rolled. Just to say your doing a good job as normal. Mine is still the same. Just being maintained. She is most likely going before insurance renewal at the end of October :-( Sent from my GT-N71...

Re: Jk's Beesix: Wheels on...wheels off! Pg22

Not sold on the 20s. Looks better on the sport wheels. Maybe try a set of 19 rs6 wheels and chrome them like on your b5? Might look quite nice. Just a bigger set of your sport wheels?

Re: Adam's 20V, Wheels On

Look good adam. You know how low mine was. Its slightly low now. Mine is my daily family. Just driven it down to the coast and back. Lots of country lanes full boat. 2 kids and the wife. No issues apart from the mud flaps. You know coilovers make sense. Mine is maybe an inch off the floor? But I hav...

Id stay on 18's. 17's look to small, 19's look to big. Mine is about just over half way down on the front (you wont get any more on 18's, but bottom of bumper is about an inch from the floor and the top arms hit the top of the arch. Rears are right down. ill upload a picture now from my phone. http:...

Re: The Lostprophet's TDI 'Loon. 1 Year On

Well after a weekend of playing etc. She is fighting fit again. We think the car actually cut out as the egr delete had a hole blown though. Looked like it had be done with a thin bit of tin :-\ We also had a go at fixing limp mode that had been niggling at me for over a year. Was a the nice common ...
