Hi all, New issue found today! When using my indicators either left or right. When I have turned in the direction I have chosen to signal the indicator goes off but a second afterwards the indicator noise comes back on but no indicator light?? And it's doing my head in!! Definitely a typo, anyway all the 2.0 PD engines had the injectors replaced under recall.. depends on engine codes, the earlier 2.0 litre PD didn't need them So would you say an 06 sport should be ok? Really confused with this all. My B5.5 is brilliant but I fancy a change but stay with VW and Pass...

I'm guessing I would have to look at the service book to make sure it's had them replaced and if not just walk away.

No injector trouble on the CR, my one is march 08 and is CR.. So I should be ok with a 06 plate CR? How do I spot a CR model? I'm a current B5.5 passat owner and looking at B6 but seen the issues regarding injectors. I was wondering is this relegated only to the 2.0 PD engines or a CR too?

Seen a nice 06 sport and it says a CR I thought CR engines were on later B6 models?

Since your looking for a sport, you can get a pd170 engine. The only problem that is common on the pd170 is the dpf, but I guess that is down to how yo...

If you want a b6 you must go for a late 2008 or a 2009, mainly to get the common rail engine. Better spend your 6k on a 2009 model with 100k. But if you b5.5 is running ok I would keep it. Thought all the b6 were CR engines..? Sports are hard to find on a 09 plate. My B.5.5 is running fine was just...

Put a neat screen wash and try not to get a cheap ones as you find most are already diluted. I almost never dilute with water at anytime of the year in the summer gets rid of bugs and dirt with ease and in the winter no freezing. I work with trucks and truck screen wash is more powerful than normal...
