Re: Emmsions Workshop

Hi Dave,

I am going to order a new pipe and fit then get the code erased hopefully that will resolve the issue.

I know people say you get better MPG if you blank it etc but i just want it all standard.

Thanks for your help.

(they said the pipe had got a hole from the engine cover rubbing on it over...

Microswitch is mounted on the lock mechanism of the bonnet catch, you can see the wire coming off the lock mechanism. You can only really see the microswitch when you take the lock mechanism off the car. I had to adjust mine to get it to work properly. Karl. Cheers for that i am hoping its just the...

Re: VAGCOM North East

Indicators flashing when you lock/unlock the car is configureable and can be turned on and off with VAG-COM if you have the full version. have you checked for water around the battery, the alarm siren is next to the battery and water can get in there and cause issues. The microswitch on the bonnet ...

The issue was when the window regulator was fixed the seal on the metal plate that the regulator is attached to was damaged so when it was put back on there was a gap for the water to run out through were the seal should of been and not being diverted to the drain holes in...
