do you have any recommendations of uprated clutch manufactures?
I have a second 5 speed box with 100k on it , I could just use it with new clutch and that would save me trying to figure the gearbox out.

its quite possible the clutch is also wrecked, new clutch will be fitted with gearbox. if I replace clutch and gearbox is also not good then I've replaced a clutch for nothing.
if I replace both gearbox and clutch together, then il have the heavier clutch and a 6th gear?
