Re: The range game.

I like this thread as I am obsessed with the range and MPG I get out of my 5.5 Estate 1.9TDI, 130 but re-mapped. I could never get any more than 550 miles out of a tank no matter how slow or "Granny-ish" I drove up until a few weeks ago when I used some WURTZ Diesel additivend now I can ge...

I like the Bread, Milk ,Cornflakes one, Maybe they should have added "Life" to the list lol And you cant beat the good old "Powered by Fairydust". Normally on a Ford Ka or a battered up escort lol. I would rather walk than get in any car that claimed to be run on fairydust, altho...

Re: Gym membership cancellation

cheers fellas, my written notice is printed off all ready to hand in later today. Ill look into the legal side of cancelling the direct debit as Ive heard of someone who did this and the gym sold the missed payment on to a debt collection agency. Hope it turns out to be as easy as just cancelling an...

I like it when they have the chrome stickers down the doors saying -
PIRELLI
DUNLOP
GOODYEAR
YOKOHAMA

Make your mind up, what tyres have you got on - or do you have one of each lol ?

I agree JK it defo needs lowering and nice rims but its as and when funds allow lol. Im not a fan of big bodykits either but I thought this was quite subtle and it keeps in with the shape and the style of the car while at the same time being a bit different. Jay I'll let you have a look at my car wh...

Re: Colour coding side skirts

Hey there, I removed my plastics and painted them myself last year using 2 pack acrylic paint as I do a bit of bodging with bodywork ( not a pro by a long way lol ), I do have a good quality gun and compressor. My only regret is that I didnt use a high build primer to give them a smooth finish. The ...

I fitted one on my estate recently, it did mean stripping the side panels out of the boot, the rear pillar covers and the boot door seal to drop the roof lining. I was in a rush as usual so I didnt get to wire a power in to it ( blew rear 12v sockets if anyone can help), at the mo the signal is real...

Re: Dont you hate it when you see your old cars forsale?

Saw one of my old cars for sale on the bay last week. I'll start at the begining, It was a classic car that I had put back on the road after it had spent 12 years in storage. I put a lot of time and effort into that car and it was a reluctant sale to make room for another project. When I sold the ca...

First of all you are a bouncer, you just don't like what goes with the job title. Be proud of what you do and don't belittle yourself by calling it what it's not. He he, ok then Im a Bouncer and I am proud of it. Just I know when you hear someone is a bouncer most people think they're a big bully, ...

Re: few repairs done :) & need your HELP

Shot in the dark here but is the engine cover tight? Are there any pipes come out of the clips on the fire wall? Id say its nothing to worry about, just a simple vibration. Have you tried getting someone to rev the car while you stick yr head under the bonnet to check it out. BEWARE of moving parts ...
