I had a quick look there and saw nothing. I have a 2018 Passat Estate (came without a manual. D'oh!)

I checked the fuses in the engine compartment and they all look OK. Is there another fusebox anywhere?

Hi. My front and rear windscreen washers have stopped working. VW suggested that the battery may need 'reset' and they would charge me £25 to try it. Does anyone know how to do this yourself?
