My 2011 2.0 Tdi estate saw me average 74mpg on a drive to Devon this summer

Cruising at 65/70mph!

I get a solid 55mpg on my 38 mile commute to work

150k not mapped and no diesel gate remap/fix as it’s a 2011- toying with going for a Remap in the Spring

Yes it had lots of play

It was relocated by simply using the method above

It’s very firm now

Btw bumper didn’t need removing

My bodyshop mate did it in 5-10 seconds lol

It had come off the support rail underneath

Best way to do it is to place your hand on the flat part of the bumper to apply pressure then hit the bumper towards the car to relocate it - I heard a locating snap - it’s perfect now

Looks like the bumper has come out of the bumper support- going to bodyshop tomorrow for bumper to get removed and refitted

Got an issue the bumper is hitting the tailgate when it’s closed

The centre part of the bumper can be pushed down with my hand as it’s raised slightly

Is it attached to the crash bar atall or simply resting on it once fitted and bolted down etc

Btw it’s a 2011 Estate 2.0tdi bluemotion
