Got a factory fitted stereo in my 08 plate Passat estate, so bought a VW T5 Transporter stereo thinking it'd be a straight swap but I was wrong, just wondered if any of you knew what adaptor to get

Hi guys,
New to this forum mallarky, ex Royal Engineer (Sapper) ,looking for some help with bits and bobs on my 08 plate Passat, mainly trying to upgrade my stereo, so any "helpful " info would be much appreciated
