Yes got auto hold which is alwYs turned on was just concerned that leaving in drive would wear the clutches aa the boos doesn’t say anything

So do you reccommend turning stop start off ? Do I stick in neutral in traffic when stopped ? Thanks for the reply

Hi guys, I have a Passat 2.0 tdi dsg . I currently drive it by leaving in drive and use auto hold and the stop start system . I do find it a bit lumpy at times and wondering should I be popping it into neutral in traffic or not , and also is there a reset , as I believe it adjusts to personal drivin...

Has just done it again , best way to describe it is clutch disengaging sharply when revs taken off not so much jumping out of gear ya for the reply

Hi I have a 2.0 tdi auto with 17000 miles on . Noticed a few times the gearbox a little jerky and in particular when parking uphill in reverse seamed to jump out of reverse gear then engage again , is this normal, thanks in advance for the replys

Hi guys , have just arrived home after my usual drive from work to find my 2.0dsg Reving higher than normal at Rickover and the coolant fans running , the temp doesn’t seam to be higher than it normally is, first time it’s done it since I’ve had it 3 weeks ago any advise please

I thought I’d leave them on and dazzle everyone like most drivers

Still getting used to the new Passat, switched rear fog lights on and an icon comes on on the dash display . Put the front ones on and there isn’t an icon, should there be or has a dash bulb gone cheers

Just had a passenger in the back and yes it shows who’s got seatbelts on cheers

Just had another look and they are icons of seats so maybe right

Had the Passat 2.0 dsg se business since sat , on start up I get icons of what I would describe as people in the centre display at the bottom does anyone know what they mean can’t find in the manual thanks

when you say milnco presume you mean the clip on the top type ? just found a pair of aero mirrors local to me for £25

just took delivery of my 2015 2.0 dsg se business passat estate. already booked in for a vw towbar ready to tow my caravan, but not sure which mirrors to go for that wont scratch my paint. haved seen some stick on ones but not sure how good they will be any advice much appreciated regards adrian
