P.S I originally said I had V.4.

However, upon checking - I actually had v.5.

I haven't had to rollback as my v.9 upgrade worked. Paid £29 on ebay and 2nd time around sd card from sellor worked.

Didn't need to call Barnetts of Dundee in the end. Why? Ebay sellor sent another v.9 sd card. I have today left updating in car, whilst at work and ..................... It fully updated! So have a fully useable sat nav again! I will await VW to sort out probs with v.10 until I upgrade. Kind regards...

Didn't manage to call Barnetts VW in Dundee on Saturday.
