This is the DIY zone unless you’re willing to empty your bank account. Plenty of guides on here though, did one myself and I’m just a spanner monkey

Re: 2.0 TDI Remap?
Yeah there is a growing list of what I would call major jobs that I have done,
Cambelt
Oil pump drive
Clutch kit and DMF
Just put in a recon gearbox
So it should be able to handle a bit more poke [emoji6]

2.0 TDI Remap?
I’m thinking of getting my 2.0 BKP wagon a stage 1 remap, how many people have done this before? And how much improvement is there? I use the wagon a fair bit for towing things here and there, and sometimes lacking the desired power on the hills. Forces me find alternative and longer routes [emoji51...

Re: Brake pump vacuum serial numbers -oil pressure light
Sounds like your garage man may have Goosed it, let’s hope it has nothing to do with the oil pump. Seems unlikely though...

2.0 TDI Oil Pump Drive Replacement Parts
Hello all I’m in need of a replacement oil pump from KMB, I know the kit was linked somewhere on here a while ago but I can’t for the life of me find it anymore. Would someone be able to link me to it again? I have a 2.0 B6 BKP. Also are there any other parts I would need to do the job or not? TIA J...

Re: 1.9 diesel BKP - Location of Oil Pressure Switch
As long as he engine is not mullered... it’s at the base of the oil filter housing at the front of the engine bay, easier to get to if you remove the air intake pipes from the grill to the filter box. It’s a 24mm spanner to undo but it’s quite fiddly to get it there. Good luck Sent from my iPhone u...

Re: DMF Rattle
Greater things to worry about with a BKP... That noise is definitely something to worry about as it sounds like either the DMF springs have broken or worse the plates are coming apart. Once the rivets holding the DMF plates break the clutch and friction side of the DMF try to escape by smashing the...

DMF Rattle
Hi everyone, So since I bought my B6 in August last year the DMF has sounded like a pebble rattling in a bean tin. Now it sounds like a box of screws... I think I already know the answer but I need to make sure I’m not spending money unnecessarily... not yet anyway. I have attached a link to a video...

Re: electric parking brake
Dont think they do come off in reverse, just have to have some fancy footwork to pull it off. I have never come across a parking space that is uphill either
