I think I would lose the tweeters though wouldn't I if the two tweeter wires dont go anywhere as they currently don't? Wouldnt that mean I need some crossovers to take the signal from my main wires and split it out into the component and then the tweeter which is higher up in the door? I think the c...

Do you know an example of which kind of amp I would need for the speakers to work and whether I also need crossovers?

EDIT: Yes the speakers are component Do the stock speakers have a crossover in them to split the high frequency out for the tweeters? I have just read that the two tweeter wires are actually to the tweet higher in the door so I am guessing that the old speaker had a crossover that took the main sign...
