H7R, as opposed to H7, are partially shielded to alter the beam pattern in reflector headlights to avoid glare, how good they are Im not sure because I havent fitted and tested any yet. Probably plastic cover of motor is broken and water with other dirt came inside which blocked the motor. Same happened to my previous B6

I've got these as well. One came off after 1,5 months - you need more 3m tape to secure attaach it to the headlights. Btw - you think there would be a problem with MOT with them on? Hearing turbo bearings is not normal, it should be quiet. All you should hear is air whistle

You should have pulled over IMMEDIATELY i shut off the engine. Your turbo charger died and probably because you didn't stop the engine at the same time there is possibility that your engine needs swapping now - it's not worth fixing it.

You don't have to remove anything and all takes approx 20mins to install
