Get in and under and check all hoses and clips, i don't think the pic is showing exhaust flexi is it?
It'll go into limp mode very easily if there's any leaks in any of the inlet hoses. It's a good place to start.

Normally means master cylinder seals or scored barrel or both, best off changing the whole thing first as last.
