Can some body run me through the procedure for updating the card with the latest maps please I have a mac book pro but I'm not a computer whizz and I don't want to mess it up

contacted VW UK on 7th Dec about not being able to log on to car net with the code I got and registered for on line they asked to send a pic of what it said on screen so I sent that and 3 weeks later they asked for the picture again as they had lost it .Its now more than a month and still no contact...

Tried to log on several times with the code get the same error message registration unsuccessful try again .Contacted customer services on 7th December still waiting don't think they have a clue either .any help appreciated
