I have read elsewhere awhile back that the addition of a quantity of 2stroke oil to diesel fuel does improve starting-rattle etc.

Who uses it in their VW and at what ratio? I note the JASO above - is there a particular 2stroke to use or any such as for chainsaws?

Used a warm day to apply the Ko-Cho dressing, left to soak in overnight and, well, it came out great!
Needed a buff up but nowt else - pleased the leather wasnt different to my belts!

When changing the remote battery on my previous car it was suggested that the spare keys battery can drop off and hence ecome bproblematic - I changed the spare key battery soon after.

Hi Reads just like my Skoda Octavia TDi- turned out in my case to be the engine oil level sensor shorting in the plug. A fuse was blown but cant rem which but not the Climatronic one. Apparently a known fault as had a replacement plug and wires at TPS. No idea what it has to do with the Climatronic ...

This is the more comprehensive Dealership one that is more detailed than the service book.
Skoda were good enough to send over one for my previous vehicle.
