Hey mate,
I'm sure the new cabin filter will defo help.
But as simple as it sounds also making sure the windscreen is as clean as possible will make a difference.
Any window cleaner will do and a micro fibre cloth should do the job.

Right problem solved so happy days.
The issue was when I put the glove box back to n place it knocked the fan out of place. I had put it back in the wrong way.
Luckily I had taken a photo of the orignal in place so used that as reference.
