Hi, I have a B6 saloon but posting here as I wasn't sure if roof bars for the B6 could be used for all Passats?

Mileage on the engine is only 29k

Was serviced last at 23k

The previous owner did 2k miles a year the whole 10 years he owned it, could that be a reason why? The engine is not used to being used?

I don't no, I do 60 miles a day. the previous owner did though. It's only got 25k on the clock and he lived in London (it's a 55 plate) so can imagine there were plenty of short trips.

I get 60mpg average from my 1.9, that is all motorway miles cruising at 60 with cruise control. Around 720 miles from one tank

Picked it up for £4K, probably a little overpriced but cheapest low mileage diesel I could find. Plus it has spec extras I was after
