My 1.6 diesel car has always made like what i can describe as three little noises when the engine is turned off i have no issues with the car just wondered if it was the same as all the rest its like three little pist pist pist noises from under the bonnet,

Right done 900 miles plus in my car and the header tank has dropped down to the minimum mark two times in them miles and not when running but after letting it stand has indicated it needed coolant.
