Hi, Got a B4 with only the drivers window working on the swtich, all other 3 windows will not work when using swiches. But will go up and down when using the drivers door key in the lock. Is it really as simple as new switches and all will be good, or does the drivers side window motor control the o...

Re: vr6 conversion, factory b4 immobilser problem
The doner was immobiliser free. So is it just a case of binning the immobiliser from the b4. And the engine should turn over?
Yeah thinking bout it, the box is black.

vr6 conversion, factory b4 immobilser problem
Just in the process of converting my b4 to ABV and when taking the dash out ice noticed a Siemens silver box behind the headlight switch. Now I'm certain its an immobiliser!!! What's my options with this? Bare in mind I'll be using the vr6 ECU and wiring. Can I remove the immobiliser or bypass it? C...

And my vr6 radiator again looks identical to the B4 one, I did get a new radiator and fan housing from someone of e38 so im not convinced its the correct fan in the fist place, but it did the job! :-P You know what im just no...

AAA in a B4?
Ive recently brought a B4 and stripped my Corrado due to the arrival of my son. The corrado just was not practical in the end. So ive decided to put the 2.9 in the b4, so far it seems an easy conversion to do, i will be keeping it 4 stud as well due to running my borbets. I just need to make sure wh...

Re: VR6 brakes on b4
I'm just very undecided on what I'm going to do!
I have a vr6 rado I'm breaking so have all the parts I think to convert the b4 to 5 stud and wide track and use all the brakes etc
I've contacted a guy on her called matt which I think he has done the conversion his self, so just waiting for a reply!

Its going to stay 4 stud, make it nice and simple so its just a bolt in job in job im after

VR6 brakes on b4
tried doing some searching but no solid answers on this.
the fronts are not a problem fitting them, just a case of getting 4 stud disks.
But are the rear vr6 calipers are straight forward job like the fronts?
cheers

Mk4 golf seats
Ayup,
Does anyone know if mk4 golf seats will fit the B4?
I would imagine modification will be needed, but anyone know how much?
Cheers
