Filled up the other day when fuel light came on, brimmed it.
Spent the next few days almost exclusivley on dual carriage ways at 70 and got 310miles until the light came on next. I've never driven it so sensible XD
Not the best system but its the system i use XD

Re: Car won't start
Clicking when turning the key is almost always a battery issue. I would still have thrown a new battery in anyway. Batteries can sometimes read fine on a volt meter but then when cranking just dont have the amperage to turn it. Have you got a battery charger? Did they test the voltage when the car w...

Re: Michelin Cross Climate.
I imagine these will sell well to those who just want a decent set of tyres on their poverty spec vehicle. Few people really understand the difference between a winter and a summer tyre and even fewer people will want to switch tyres twice a year. Saying this i dont think michelin is the only manufa...

Re: 255/35/19 tyres on a B6?
I believe that tyre size was offered from factory on the R36. So it should fit. 18" by 8.5j with 235 tyres on the r36 the width of the tyre isnt the main issue its more the offset of the wheel. You can have wide tyres (and wheels for that matter) but if the offset is crazy low like mine, u wil...

Re: .:R36 Wagon
Ahh thats a shame, Nottingham a bit far from me (im all the way down south in dover). If you get a custom system ask for no silencers in the middle and boxes at the back. I decided to change it up this time and go for center silencers in the middle and straights to the rear and although it sounds th...

Re: Coilovers
Find a replacement spring second hand and save your money, all budget coilovers are junk. This is from experience, none can beat a good set of lowering springs and decent shocks for comfort AND performance. Coilovers for looks, proper setups for quality and performance. Besides, most cheap junk won...

Re: My R36 Build
Got an odd noise coming from either a)Throttle body or b)somewhere under/inside the inlet towards the right hand side. Only way to describe it is a muffled goose honking lol. Not sure if phone will pick up the noise. Also a strange noise at idle when u tap accelerator. Sounds like an air leak gettin...

Re: My R36 Build
I'm sorry they offend you so much :-P :-P They aren't really the wheels i want for it and why spend £400 on a set of tyres when i have some wheels with fresh tyres on em. I honestly get nothing but compliments about the wheels when I'm out and also people like to point out how the suspension sits a...

Re: My R36 Build
Yeh, they do poke out a bit far but 20m pcd adapters will do that. These wheels were originally for a legacy but thats gone and i needed new tyres anyway so needs must i guess. Once i get it a little lower and camber them in slightly it shouldnt be too bad. Driven behind a couple already and no pull...

Newbie with b6. Trying not to ruin it to much
Picked this little beasty up the other week After handing off all my other projects to various scrap, and private buyers, I decided that instead of being sensible and buying equipment for my business that I should treat myself to a nice car. (cant show up to a customers house in a bright gold and ru...
