Well the plans for spending money on the house have already started. Getting a garage built, hopefully with a scissor lift sunk into the floor! Hope to have it ready for the winter and park the car up for most of it.

Apart from the colour change, everything I did last year I made money on. iPad instal, interior and now wheels change I've all made money on doing.

Don't think this car will leave me for a long time. I'll see how the house and wedding go, then before she wants kids, I'll get a big ass turbo!

It's just a simple custom rear section with 4" tips. At some stage I'll get a stainless system put in.

I just cut the locating tabs off then bonded it in. Could have cut new holes in the bumper for the clips to fit into, but this way was easier.

This week has been fairly action packed so far and I've still loads to do before Saturday! Few finishing touches to the interior and a lot of cleaning to do. Full feature of my car is now online! Standard 17" wheels are potentially sold. However I might also be selling the Porsche wheels after Dubshed if anyone is interested.

So after another 7 hours on the car yesterday, it's finally built back up again. So pleased with the results and I can't wait to get out for a drive in it. Once I can get it built back up and it sitting how I want it I might throw a photo up. Few bits still need wet sanded and buffed up. Hopefully, it will be built up this Saturday and I can use it on Sunday. Miss not having my own car so bad!

Windscreen had to come out for paint, so I bought Graeme's old screen off him with the bracket attached and fitted it once paint was finished.

Finally got this fitted yesterday. All wired up, just need to change the coding and headlight switch. Managed to get the rear bumper fitted yesterday too.

Got it home tonight! So pleased with it. Might post a photo up tomorrow. Still no bumpers etc on it but colour looks well!

New wheels look well but I would stick with the narrower ones especially on 20s. A wider rear means you mightn't get as good a tuck.

How's the plasti dip stand the test of time and winter driving?

Said white lever is underneath the key slot and can become jammed when the seat is down. The seat is effectively in the locked position. If you put the key in and turn it to the locked position, lift the trim that the lock barrel is attached to about 5m then click it back in again it should free it ...

Any photos I have taken of the paint are inside and on my phone. News to wait till the cars outside at least to get the full effect of the paint.

Today was spent cleaning the arch linings, matts and tail lights. New headlights being fitted for the perfect clean and new look
