My understanding of how that button works, is that it only works if you have auto close function. It’s never worked on any of my b6 or 2 b7’s because of not having the auto close function ie button on the inside of the tailgate

If I remember rightly 4800k is the peak for lumen output. Beyond that temp the lumen(s) start to drop off.
