cheers, think im gonna bite the bullet and stick a double din in.

i've had the hotuining coilovers on one of my b5.5 estates, and some 35mm springs on another. I found with the coilovers the ride was horrible, bouncy and crashy, although it did look awesome With the springs it didn't look as cool but ride was low enough and handled much like stock, if not a little...

also is it possible to fit bluetooth? i have a b5.5 with radio and in dash 6disc changer.

i only bumped it twice and they where 12 hours apart. was just looking for a fix to the problem that is driving me crazy.

yeah i checked the connections. it lights up with the original faulty unit just not with any replacement. the fuse is ok too??

somebody must have come accross this fault?

I've put it in a new unit it works great but doesn't illuminate. I bought a unit from a b5 that works too and that doesn't illumiate either. my original unit illuminates but doesn't let you change the temp. any ideas what the problem might be? do i nee the exact same model number as the original? an...

its hot hot, nowhere near cold. the temp doesnt adjust atall.

Was hoping that the airbag light was a simple one. gonna get it in wigan tuning for a service and diagnostics but just one to get an idea of what it might be.

coolio sounds good. just didn't want it to balls up the map or strain the engine.

its a pd130 tdi. sorry i forgot to mention that.

got them fitted at a vw specialist while i was having a bunch of other work done. Looks awesome. can't wait to get my new wheels on. Will post up some pics soon.
